Most Essencie pieces are designed to be adjustable (especially many rings and bracelets), so you can fine-tune the fit comfortably. For pieces that have a fixed length (certain chains/bracelets), use the guide below to choose the best size.
Wrap a thin strip of paper/thread around the finger (at the spot where the ring will sit).
Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in mm with a ruler.
Match your measurement to the Circumference (mm) column below.
Tip: Measure at the end of the day (fingers expand slightly). If you’re between sizes, go one size up.

Quick measuring tip (super easy)
If you don’t have a measuring tape:
Use a thread → mark overlap → measure on a ruler.
For necklaces, wrap the thread around your neck (or lay it like a chain length) to see where it falls.
